Qualification : M.Sc/MS/BE/BTech electronics/Instrumentation.
(i) 31,000/- + HRA to Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship)
or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and
Institutions.
(ii) 25,000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above.
Age: The upper age limit is 35 years as on the last date of the application. Age
relaxation is applicable as per CSIR rules.
Job Description: selected candidate will work on the Jal Jeevan Mission project and Major Laboratory Project “Demonstration of IoT enabled off-the-shelf sensor-system to measure and monitor water quality, quantity and regularity for water service delivery at selected Pilot Location”.
Duration: the position is purely temporary for the duration of project. It would, therefore, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any candidate for claiming extension or absorption in CSMCRI/CSIR. Initial appointment is for one year or co-terminus of the Project.

Applications received by mail will be scrutinized based on the laid-down criteria by the committee and only such shortlisted candidates as are eligible as per criteria will be asked to attend the interview using the online mode/walk-in. The details of the interview will be sent to such candidates by e-mail. The interview of the shortlisted candidates is scheduled on 19th October, 2022 at 10.30 AM through Skype. Candidates may send their skype id along with the application. The selected candidates may pursue the Ph.D. programme in AcSIR as per the guidelines.
